Zen Holmes

Zen Holmes is the founder of Comfy Momma Prenatal and Postpartum Support. She is an Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Educator, a Certified Birth Doula (DONA & Manhattan Birth), a Ceritified Lacatation Conselor, an Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Zen offers childbirth education, newborn care and breastfeeding classes and guided meditations aimed at reducing fear and preparing the mind/body to relax during childbirth. She currently teaches childbirth education classes for the Department of Health. Zen is also a Midwifery Assistant, a Midwifery student & a mother of 5. Check out comfymomma.com
